Taco Bell - Reservar una mesa

If you walk in to order, go straight to the kiosk where you place the order yourself or you'll just wait there no one will take your order. I went in, there were workers sitting in the common area workers behind the counter. Was about 7 8 workersin total. Waited at the counter for almost 10 min for someone to take my order as i was the only one there before finally goingto the self serve kiosk placing my order (Workers just looked at me went about there business as if i weren't even there).Received my food a bit later. I came in and ordered on the kiosk and had to wait over 30 minutes for my order. I just sat for a bit cause yeah I ordered I quite abit a food. So I understood it?ll be a while. Thing was it wasn?t pretty busy and I?ve noticed after car after car wastaken care of first, probably smaller orders. I went to ask at the counter if the food was ready and nobody wanted to respondand some lady just on her phone with an attitude told me to turn around and wait since I ordered 5 quesadillas. And I top ofthat they gave me steak quesadillas not chicken.plus I asked one simple question like cmon now. Could at least work on customerservice a bit better

Terrible experience! My son and I wanted to go inside, because I was unfamiliar with the menu. We were told we can't order at the counter due to a worker shortage. We either had to order from the machine inside or go wait in the long drive thru line. We ordered at the machine, but had questions. The worker said they just installed the machines and couldn't help me. Icouldn't find what my family wanted, and ordered other stuff. If we must order from the machine, we should be able to get helpif we have questions. I WILL NEVER EAT AT TACO BELL AGAIN!!!

This is one of the worst experience I have ever had to deal with. They messed up my order so I called the store to ask for their store number but the rude guy answers the phone ?Yo? and I asked if this is Taco Bell he responds ?yeah? very rude so then putsme on hold and hangs the phone up on me but I tried calling back and the phone was giving busy signal. They need to be trainedin customer service!!?

I haven't been to Taco Bell I'm years. I asked for 3 tacos with no drinks (supreme which is just sour cream an tomatoes) and I was surprised that the bill was over $16. I did not feel like this was a good value. The customer service was also poor. I don'tthink I will try another Taco Bell for another 10 years. I do not recommend Taco Bell as a first choice and especially not thislocation.
