Everytime I go to this Taco Bell, I swear it will be my last time. Unfortunately, it?s a minute from my house, and convenient. This time is truly my last time. I waited on the drive through line for a solid 15 min before heading to the order screen. Ifinally get there and I sit for another 8 minutes, saying ?hello? multiple times before finally someone offers to take my order.No apology or anything. I give my order, repeat my order, and get to the pay window. The male takes my card, and I see him andthe female that took my order dancing behind the window and completely having a full out conversation. Finally he returns mycard, hands me my food, but with no bag! I asked if he can bag the food...
I drove through the drive thru at 2:30pm and was told they were closed. When I drove around there were a few people eating in the dining area. Not sure if the people just don?t want to work so they tell people they are closed? There was no sign on thewindow and the hours clearly stated they should be open. This isn?t my first bad experience there either.
Drive through employee complained multiple times about us ordering 10 tacos, and when she explained how they need to make more potatoes, I finally received my food to find spit folded up in a napkin with a outline of lipstick on it. See attached photo,pretty this is a punishable crime, especially since the pandemic. Do not come here.
Never again. Absokutely discusting. Thr tortilla for my soft taco supremes were dried out around the edges. One taco had no sour cream anx the other no lettuce. The third had so much greasy juice the entire tortilla was soaked thru. The borrito i coulsnteat. Horrible taste unlike any normal food flavor i have had
