The Dunedin Taco Bell team is outstanding! I've lived here for two years and usually stop by one or two nights a week after work. I typically shy away from fast food due to past experiences with poor quality and service. However, this Taco Bell has renewed my faith in the industry. The food is always piping hot by the time I get home, and the customer service is even better.

I had to leave atleast 1-star, but it's terrible! I cant blame the employees either for ALL that is wrong with this place, only the drive thru is open, you cant go inside, the food is more expensive and still the same sloppy quality, this is a directreflection of the MANAGER!! Yes, Management is 100% at fault for the demise of this taco bell!! If I was the owner HE/SHE wouldbe fired for poor quality, terrible leadership, Poor service and the in-abilty to hire quality employees that care about theirjob instead of just showing up! Definitely stay away from this place, its a complete waste of time and ! Ridiculous!
I stood in line with three other people waiting for one of the five people in the back of the store talking to come up to take our orders. All the while an order was sitting on the counter for someone else that was never brought out for the customer to reach. The tacos had some kind of filler in them that made them have no flavor?? This is what my tacos looked like! Not enough meat to fill a 5 year old child! I thought the tacos came with onions and tomatoes as well as lettuce and cheese? I guess only lettuce and cheese now? I will never eat in Taco Bell ever again!!
I called to make sure the frozen drink machine was up and running before I got into the drive-through because I always have an issue with this store and they said the machine was up and working and as soon as I pull up not even 2 mins later and say my order, which is only a Baja blast freeze they tell me it’s down, it’s such a rude and condescending way like it’s a joke and it’s funny to them and then I had to sit in line for 15 minutes and wait for everyone else to get their food.

They were missing half of my UberEats delivery order. I had to find a ride and get there myself to get the rest of the food, then realized part of the order was wrong. I would not recommend this place at all. Find another Taco Bell. There are much better ones around. They don't seem to care about anything here.
Update: This location has gone downhill significantly. Consistently gets orders wrong and an unclean parking lot. I don't know if management changed or what, but this location is more hassle than it's worth.
Fantastic food and excellent service! The staff is super friendly. It's so convenient since it's right in my neighborhood. I just tried the nacho fries, and they were absolutely amazing!!! Mmmmmm!
even though food taste good no one teaches how to really make a taco or burrito supreme , an none of the stores are the same. all too fast an no one cares what comes out.

Employees were very on point and pleasant to interact with! We got our food very quickly and the employees who served us went above and beyond. They deserve a raise!
I love going through the Taco Bell Main Street, there's a girl who works there that she could tell me when I get through the Drive-Thru because of my accent.
