We visited the Taco Bell on Imperial and Brea in Brea yesterday and walked out of there very disappointed. First of all after waiting line we were told to place our order on the computer by the door. Several seniors walked in and they too were told touse the computer, one of which didn 't know to use it. Secondly, since we had ordered enchiritos my husband asked for a knife.The woman behind the counter said, we don 't have knives, we are a fast food place not a restaurant. Is that rudest thing tosay or what? I can assure you we 'll never set foot in that Taco Bell in our life and we will spread the word.
Always double check your order before leaving the drive-thru at this restaurant. I have had to return several times due to missing items. The quality of the food here is inconsistent – sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not. Tonight, I paid extra for cheese in my burritos but they barely put any. Additionally, the beans in my burrito were extremely pasty, leading me to throw it away. I usually order through the app to ensure accuracy, but even then, the service has declined in recent years. Taco Bell seems to be cutting corners on food quality, similar to McDonald's.
I did not get.what I ordered a steak power bowl..I was given a ground beef and charged an upcharge for extra beef! The meat taste like a variety of upchuck! The salad did not have romaine lettuce as previously advertised, beans were.scortched and everybite of the rice had hard rice grains in it..tooth breaking hard! I did not eat but the vegetable and the guacamole because therest was inedible. My did did not want it. Tomorrow I'll see if my chickens will eat it
Just ordered lunch for me and my son. $30.00 and had to go back because they forgot a food item. Burritos were supposed to be grilled but were not. Quesadilla was missing from order and the pepsi tasted like the machine it came out of. Very disappointed in the quality of food and service.

Get your stuff together about the Mexican pizza and I will rate you higher. Though this is kind of unfair it's not singled out to this particular location, it's for the whole corporation!!!!! That's why I generously gave it two stars instead of one.
Workers are very lazy. They're supposed to open at 7am and they keep you waiting another 15-20 mins before they even help you. Any other profession starts working the hours they state. That's why these lazy fast food people are where they are.
Got a long night of work ahead of me, and I'd like to have something relatively fresh rather than the frozen food I usually make for all-nighters. Food came out quick and tastes great.
The restaurant serves tasty food, has fast service, and features friendly staff at the drive-thru. It's reliably excellent and a fantastic choice for a quick meal.

She gave me attitude just because I asked for sauce. Even said please. Yeah never coming here again. So rude this early. The guy taking my order was nice.
How about you charge half price for half tacos? Beware ppl! This is how these guys treat u!
