I don’t typically dine at Taco Bell, but I was in the mood for a quick snack, so I decided to try the 'Los Doritos Taco' and a 'Crispy Chalupa.' Unfortunately, I was very disappointed! Each bite revealed hardly any meat. I even checked my receipt to make sure I hadn’t accidentally ordered a vegetarian option, and it clearly stated beef. When I opened the taco, there was less than a teaspoon of meat inside! To make matters worse, the shell of the Doritos taco was completely broken at the bottom. This is simply unacceptable!
The food quality here is excellent! On Saturday, the manager provided outstanding customer service. She was a pleasure to work with while taking my order and was very polite. Her name was Yane, by the way. That’s the kind of manager I love to see—truly one in a million! Her customer service was impeccable. I absolutely LOVE my local Taco Bell at Central and Rosecrans; it's the best!
The restaurant's posted closing time is 1:00 a.m., but Maria would not serve me when I arrived at 12:45. She said that if I was unhappy with that, I could contact her manager.

Worst taco bell ever. Worst server. I found a clear plastic piece on my chalupa. The burrito was saggy and messy. Not coming back here. Very disappointed!!
The restaurant had a "sold out" sign for the Mexican pizza, which had been advertised as being back on the menu. That feels somewhat misleading to me.
Quick service and a friendly staff. The food is fantastic, particularly the double chalupa!
