My experience at this restaurant was terrible due to poor time management and order handling. I placed a mobile order at 5:50 PM to pick up at 6:30 PM, but when I arrived, my order was not ready. The first person I spoke to took my name and said they were working on it, while another person asked if it was for DoorDash. Despite waiting 15 minutes, the first person returned and asked for my name again. It seemed as though they had forgotten about my order completely. Meanwhile, they were serving other customers who arrived after me, including those dining in, a DoorDash driver, and someone in the drive-thru. That's location was super understaffed Sunday, June 25th around 345pm . There wasn't someone available at the counter to take an order so I used the touch screen.We ordered two craving boxes and a Burrito with fries.I did not anticipate a very good outcome. However, the two individuals that were working were extraordinarily efficient and got our food to us quickly.I watched one associate take food to a customer in the parking lot while taking an order from a customer in the drive-thru. It was seamless.Thank you very much.

Today, I had my first experience ordering from Sioux City Tako Ball. I prepaid and drove through to pick up my order. When I arrived at the window and gave my name, they asked me to drive through again and speak with a spokesperson. The service I received was rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning to Tako Ball in the future. At least they provide job opportunities to those who deserve it.

had my big reddweiler with me and they talk fast eating this pooch about the car taken I just don't try to keep them out the window thoughts u 250 pfu red, as I turned to see the reaction of the woman in inside, to my surprise she tried to treat my dog a doggie untilket now, that is fast. I highly recommend Drive Thru Carl's restaurant. They have been excellent since Carl started working there. He has a new positive attitude and a unique style with black line arm tattoos. He somehow reminds me of Shaggy from Scooby-Doo. I give him 5 stars for his great service.

No one at counter to give service. Had to use automated service. Got wrong drinks told they didn't have the other and this would have to do.Restroom was not clean.Overall experience was not good. Will not return to this one again.

Avoid this place at all costs. If you're looking to be employed here, forget it as they completely ignore prospective hires. The service is extremely judgmental and terrible. How is this restaurant still operating?
