I recently visited Taco Bell and unfortunately, I have to rate it 2 stars. The food tasted alright, but the experience was overshadowed by how carelessly the food was packed into the bag. It was messy and disorganized, with some items even spilling out of their containers. This lack of attention made eating difficult and quite frustrating, and it also made the food less appealing than it should have been. It's disappointing to see such a disregard for customer care. Overall, while the food tasted okay, the sloppy presentation and lack of detail ruined the experience. Because of this, I cannot recommend this Taco Bell location.
Today I came to this taco bell as an out of town guests. Upon pulling up to the drive through I was informed there was no beef. Picking up an order for half the family that wasn't in the car I was waiting to get a new order and wanted to add to my order. I was told I couldn't add at the window which I understand it hols up the line however there was nobody in line. Then all of a sudden they had beef in the 3 minutes it took to get one order.and order the next! Kids playing game and being short is the perfect way to lose business. Get it together!
I ordered two boxes from this restaurant, but one of the gorditas turned out to be just a slightly crunchy taco. Both boxes were missing the side of potatoes, and one of the gorditas wasn't wrapped properly, which caused it to fall apart in the bag. There really aren't any good fast food options on Mayfield Road, but Taco Bell is definitely competing for the title of the worst at both their locations. Food rating: 1/5.
I chose to go into the restaurant to place my order, but there was no one available to assist me. Instead, I had to use a touchscreen kiosk to place my order, which I really dislike. That's the reason I'm giving them only 3 stars for service. On a positive note, my order was prepared quickly and was accurate. The food was quite good for Taco Bell!

I wrote this review six months ago and I'm updating it now. This place is fantastic, and the staff are wonderful. My orders are always accurate, the food is served hot, and I often order through DoorDash as well. This is the best Taco Bell I've ever visited, and I'll definitely keep coming back. Great job to everyone there—thank you!
This is the worst Taco Bell in the area. The Mexican pizza tasted off, almost like the shells were stale. This was the second time I ordered and felt this way. I waited 20 minutes, and although the lady was nice, she seemed overwhelmed and wasn't taking orders efficiently.
I ordered a Nacho Supreme but received this instead—a taco shell with lettuce and just a sprinkle of cheese? If you’re out of nachos, that’s understandable, but don’t take my order, charge me, and then hand me this. Honestly, I’m shocked at how disappointing this was.
I ordered a Crunchy Taco Supreme, but the shell was so soggy that it fell apart. The lettuce was also too wet. I won't be coming back here again—what a letdown. Food rating: 1/5.

They gave us the wrong sauces, forgot our drink, and didn’t grill the burritos. The bean burrito was also inedible—dry and pasty.
New Taco Bell in the neighborhood ... and open until 3am.
