This was our go to Taco Bell because we live so close by. I 've been taking my reactive dog to this shopping area to get her comfortable being around more sounds and people. I don 't take her there for her potty breaks, but she happened to poop on a grassy area near Taco Bell. I ran out of poop bags at the time so I panicked and looked around. Taco Bell drive thru was the closest establishment to me (none of the establishments there would allow a dog inside). I walked over to the car at the window to ask for a plastic bag. Please close this location so another business can open here!! It's insanely frustrating living across the street from one of my favorite fast food restaurants and not going because the wait is so long! If you get in the drive through expect to wait 30 40min even if you're the only car in line. They are ridiculously understaffed and slow. If you like taco bell go to the location at Cary crossroads we were in and out of the drive through in 3min there! I could drive to that location and be back at my apartment across from this location BEFORE I would make it through the drive through line here.
The staff at the restaurant were not very friendly or attentive to customers. They didn’t seem interested in inquiring about our preferences or informing us of the options available. Additionally, the portion sizes were small considering the prices. On my visit, I didn’t receive my complete order. The next time I visited, I asked about the missing item while I was dining there, but it still wasn’t addressed.
It's a fast food chain that's usually horribly understaffed. If you don't know what that means it means long freaking waits for ANYTHING. I think out of 5 trips here I could get stuck here for 30+ minutes at least 3/5 times.Understand this isn't the fault of the kids stuck working here but man I could drive 20 minutes to the airport Taco Bell and get my food faster.

Taco Bells are usually great at other locations, but this one doesn't seem very interested in attracting customers. There's almost always a long wait, making it nearly impossible to dine in. I ended up leaving without being served—either their system was down or they had some other unfortunate excuse.
The tacos were poorly assembled and showed a lack of attention to detail. Some had lettuce while others didn’t, even though I specifically asked for no lettuce at all. The pink lemonade was quite diluted and lacked flavor. While it can be considered a meal, it definitely isn’t worth the $30 price.
This is one of the worst Taco Bells in the area. Unfortunately, it's the only one in Morrisville. They seem to fail to prepare orders if they can't read your name, which is quite frustrating. The customer service is terrible, and the wait times are consistently longer than at any other location.
My favorite go-to place where I know I can find vegetarian food. Friendly service too!Vegetarian options: Lots to choose from. I love the black bean crunch wrap.

Only 1 out of the 4 items I ordered was correct. Wish I had checked my bags before I left. Or at least gotten a receipt to get my money back.
