Taco Bell - Reservar una mesa

decided to go the other night for a single, lonely Doritos locos taco here. I ordered it on the app before I left. Got there and went in as the journey was long through the line and did not move. I was told they ran out and would instead give me a regular taco. Good. It took 25 minutes when I ordered ONE. REGULAR. TACO?

Eating at this particular Taco bell is a hit or miss on food quality, service, and order correctness. Service and quality have both gone down long before Covid. Food half the time is cold and hard/crusty. Also, if the drive thru person is going to ask me If I want sauce, might want to make sure you put sauce in the bag.

This must be one of the worst Taco Bell restaurants ever! Super slow, many bad experiences when you are on the drive thru window ALL the employees just stand motionless on their phones. I really wish it wasn't the only one near me. It needs an important employee overhaul.

Service is very, very, very poor. This location needs to close down until they find employees who understand the importance of effective Customer Service.
