When I couldn't resolve the issue on my own, I made the trip back to the restaurant (after a 12-hour journey) to ask them to remake the tacos. The manager, Christian, was extremely rude and disrespectful. I requested a refund, as I had to return to correct their mistake. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, he accused me in front of other customers and employees of trying to steal money, stating that I could either have a refund or receive the correct tacos. I pointed out that our other food would be cold by then, but he had the audacity to suggest that I should let my child cry while my husband and I ate our meal before returning to get the tacos remade.

While I understand that this is a fast food establishment, I still believe there should be certain standards upheld. My main concern was the extremely small amount of meat in the soft shell tacos; my young daughter even exclaimed, "Wow!" I’ve visited many Taco Bell locations across the country, and this one had the least amount of taco meat I've ever seen. The flavor was consistent with what I expect, but the portion size left a lot to be desired. Furthermore, I ordered three chicken Chipotle melts, and what I received looked nothing like the picture on the menu. I ordered from this restaurant through DoorDash and they got every item wrong, plus I was missing several items. When I called to inquire about the missing items, the employee who answered seemed more interested in chatting with another staff member about playing with the phones than in assisting me. It was extremely unprofessional. They clearly need a better manager or at least someone who can read their order receipts properly, because this was handled terribly. This isn't the first time I've experienced issues with this location, but it will definitely be my last.
I really enjoy the guy at the drive-thru who says “tacolastic”—it always brings a smile to my face! It's the only place I know where they do that. I visited the restaurant once, but it wasn’t the cleanest and could definitely use a remodel on the inside. The interior has discouraged me from going back, and I haven't returned since. However, the employees are wonderful and have such cheerful personalities. If they could just update the interior and keep it clean, it would make a big difference. The outside of the building looks beautiful and well-maintained, though!

Absolutely awful experience! I waited 25 minutes for just one crunchy gordita and one soft taco. I was the only customer inside for 20 minutes before a few others came in. Meanwhile, there were about six cars in the drive-thru, and they all received their orders. Then, three people walked in and also got their orders before me. I asked for a refund, but they acted like it was no big deal. The manager even went outside with her boyfriend or whoever it was. UNBELIEVABLE!
Every time I visit the drive-thru, I'm asked to park, even when I'm the only one in line, which is quite frustrating. I tend to wait a long time, and about a third of the time, I receive the wrong order, forcing me to go inside eventually. On the bright side, the staff is friendly.
I had an amazing experience with the late-night service! I expected the typical issues that come with late hours, but it was the complete opposite. The staff was excellent, and everything I ordered was warm and exactly right. I would rate it a ten out of five!
My visit today was enjoyable, but the air conditioning was too cold to be comfortable, especially for the kids.

We frequently dine at Taco Bell and really enjoy the food. This location does a great job with portion sizes.
The service was quick and accurate. The girl at the counter was very friendly.
