I don't typically eat much fast food, but I've noticed that service can often be lacking. However, my visit to the Taco Bell in Oakville was a pleasant surprise! The woman at the drive-thru was not only friendly but also very helpful when I had a question about the menu. After I pulled up to pay, I received my order almost instantly, complete with everything I requested and the sauces as well. She even apologized for the wait, mentioning they were short-staffed, which I thought was impressive! I was in and out of the drive-thru in just a few minutes. Overall, I was really impressed with the entire experience, especially how she handled it all with a smile!
I usually don't take the time to write a review for a visit to Taco Bell unless it truly impresses me, but today certainly did. The drive-thru cashier was friendly both when taking my order and when I picked up my food. Remarkably, my order was ready even before I completed my payment. Overall, this visit left me with a smile. Great work, management!
The employees were clearly present in the restaurant but stayed in the back for over an hour and a half before closing. They refused to take my order, as well as the orders of the several cars behind me. I waited at the speaker for over 10 minutes, and not once did anyone respond to me.
This place was horrible they didn't give me a receipt and the service was not well. This is one of the worst taco bell I've been to. They hung up on me 4 times. I recommend to go to lemay ferry or the other taco bell on telegraph

I don't often eat fast food, but this Taco Bell consistently meets my expectations, and their prices are a bit better than those at other locations. I've never experienced any issues here.
Excellent place to go. They actually have people working here that have a smile on their face, and glad to be giving you quality made food items.
Used to be pretty decent but has steadily gone downhill. Drive thru is abnormally slow and the lobby door always seems to be locked.
The restaurant's dining area indicates that they open at 8 PM, but it's only 7:10, and they are not yet open for inside dining.

Great place. Friendly staff even at night. Got our food fresh and quick and they didnt forget a thing! Yippee!
Night team has gotten better over the past year and all of the items are great and as hot as they can be.
