This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. They are extremely stingy with their portions—I never realized they only include about a tablespoon of meat. Don’t just take my word for it; check the pictures. This has happened every single time I've ordered these tacos. In Colombia, the same tacos come well-prepared in a box and fully loaded, but here they’re wrapped in flimsy paper. I gave them another chance, and this time the shell was completely stale. The poor quality clearly starts with poor management. On top of that, this is by far the slowest Taco Bell I’ve visited. There have been times I left before even ordering because of the long wait. I waited for what felt like an eternity at the speaker, along with the cars ahead of me, without any acknowledgement. The staff took and processed one order at a time, even though I noticed at least three employees working. I remember when they first opened; their service was excellent, and I used to leave them tips. It's really disappointing to see how things have changed. I wouldn’t recommend trying nearby locations, either; they often turn off the lights and act like they’re closed.
After reading some of the reviews, I’ve decided to upgrade my rating of Taco Bell to 5 stars. This location is one of the few where the staff genuinely smile and are welcoming. At most other places I visit in North County, employees often give blank stares, as if I’m bothering them. However, I do think other Taco Bell locations deserve 4 stars because of recent menu changes. I’m surprised there wasn’t more outrage over the removal of the Nacho Supreme from the menu!
This was my first visit to Taco Bell, and I had a wonderful experience. Even though the drive-thru line was long, it moved quickly. The checkout was smooth, and the staff were professional and friendly—a wonderful surprise! My order was perfect; everything was hot, fresh, and tasty. I’m already looking forward to having their Mexican pizza again—it’s a real treat for my taste buds!

I will never return to this place. Last night, I ordered items totaling $15 and only received three tacos. I had to wait behind three other cars, and they didn't even give me the correct order. I won't say all the staff are bad, but the workers on the night of January 27 should definitely be let go. They seemed more focused on goofing off than taking their job seriously.
I ordered a power bowl and was disappointed with how it turned out. It was messy and had way too much sour cream; it felt like it was just hastily thrown together. I've had this dish at another location before, and it was nicely layered in the container as it should be. I don't think I'll be going back to this one.
The young woman who took my order at the drive-thru was very friendly and efficient. I placed a fantastic order, and everything came out just right!
The staff were friendly, the food was tasty, and although there was a slight wait, they made sure to take good care of us and got our order right.

Excellent service and friendly staff make this Taco Bell location stand out. The restaurant is clean and features the classic menu items.
This Taco Bell is by far the best in North County. The service is always fast and welcoming.
