"I ordered a black bean Chalupa Supreme and added avocado ranch sauce. The sauce was on the outside of the chalupa, the sour cream and tomatoes were missing, and there was hardly any black beans or lettuce. It was 1/4 of the way filled and the rest was just chalupa."

This place is hit/miss. They often get the orders wrong, whether it's forgetting substitutions or missing items all together. The tall guy at the drive through window today had a chip on his shoulder. I'm not sure why they have people with attitude problems attending customers. It hurts their brand. With all the unemployed people across the country right now, you figure they'd be happy to at least have a job. I wish him the best. But I won't be coming back to this location. Mid Rivers is just a short drive further down the road.
I'll take this Taco Bell tonight and wait in the line to place my order. I came to the speaker 20 minutes before closing and said they were closed for the night I saw the car in front of me. If I ask why the answer my manager just said we have to close now. This is not the first problem I had with this particular place, but it is definitely the last because I don't give them another dollar of my money. And Taco Bell was my favorite fast food restaurant
Many employees are very nice, but they transfer my order very often and early. After working in the food service, I definitely understand the fight, especially with this coronavirus. It is frustrating, though, to get out of work, drive home just to realize that they charged you for a menu item, but gave you something else.
Worst place in town. If we get here, this path will close. The food is well thrown into a bowl and rolled, but the pack is stale or falling apart. Ask for acid cream and find everything in one place and its not the middle. I have no desire to eat here and would tell a friend to try something else
