Unfortunately, my third visit to this restaurant was not a pleasant experience. I pulled up to the drive-thru behind a truck and was not greeted by the staff. After waiting for a few minutes, I had to pull up to the window to place my order. The employee informed me that they had heard me earlier, but I couldn't hear them. Instead of taking my order, I was asked to circle back around and try again. I understand that mistakes happen, but I was disappointed that the manager did not take the opportunity to rectify the situation. The woman who took our order (Yana according to the receipt) was condescending and snippy. She wasn’t friendly at all through the entire interaction and seemed irritated that we ordered something that they were out of. When we did finally get our food (which we paid more for a smaller order because they were sold out of the delux box we ordered) the chalupas were stale and medium warm. I didn’t even eat both of them. My hard shell taco was crushed and I had to eat it with a fork. Normally we go to the one on Eagle rd but decided to give this one a shot in hopes it would be better. It seems unhappy staff and cruddy food is a new theme for Taco Bell.
Horrible Experience! I just came through the drive-thru after work to be declined food without compensation due to the lack of managing occurring. Kelly was the current manager on duty and would not accept a $100 bill due to tills being changed early throughout the shift. Not only is this an inconvenience to me, i was suggested to “go somewhere else and come back with something else to pay with”. Never will i come back to this location, get better staffing.
I ordered a #2 supreme, which is 3 soft tacos, when I got home I got a crunchy taco what looks like 2 burritos. I went back to the same location that I ordered from (Chinden), I had to go back up to drive thru cuz the doors were locked. Told the lady my order was wrong, told her what I originally ordered I STILL ended up with the same thing when I got home. I WILL NEVER order from this location EVER AGAIN! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Employees stopped taking order about 45 minutes before closing time but decided not to tell anyone. They left the lights on and hid inside the store while the line of cars kept getting longer. Until one by we slowly realized that no one was being served which was hard to tell from the middle of the line. How hard would it have been to just tell the customers that they were closed or turn off the lights at least?!? Ridiculous!
Tried to pick up delivery food and they shut down the store and refused to make food because they didn?t have staff but then literally stood outside throwing a fit. Pathetic display of a consumer based business I?m sure the owner wouldn?t be very happento know the team leader or manager or whatever shut down the whole store on a Friday night.
Went in for a door dash delivery, didn't realize it was a school day and so a lot of highschool kids were in there. Taco Bell everywhere is slow, but this specific location the 2 people who helped me that day were absolutely wonderful. Pleasant and very accommodating that day.
The staff at this fast food restaurant is awful and clearly lacks experience. They are incompetent and only deserve the bare minimum for their service.

Although in general I find the food decent for fast food, both Toco Bells near me have been so bad I may avoid them all.
This location is superior to others. You can actually see the meat and beans in the dishes here!
