I ordered from this restaurant and was quite disappointed with my experience. The service quality was definitely inadequate. Half of my order was missing, and the items I did receive were not at all what I expected. My toasted burrito only contained nacho cheese, sausage, and tomatoes, which was surprising since tomatoes aren't part of the original recipe. It felt like the staff was just mixing random ingredients together. Furthermore, the food I did receive was cold and had a texture that suggested it might have been leftovers from the previous day. I placed my order in the drive through, when I paid I wasn?t given my receipt, I had the food more or less shoved at me told thank you and then before I could say thank you had them turn their back. When I got home I didn?t have my order. I had someoneelse?s. And apparently they only wanted meat and cheese on their order. It was pitiful. I was very disappointed. I couldn?t takeit back because I had borrowed a friend?s car to go to get it and they left before I caught the mistake and the order I receivedcost more than mine. This is unacceptable
Waited 15 minutes for my order. The cook decided to skip my order to make his family's meal, bragging about his decision to the manager. I gave the manager an opportunity to explain it, and she told me that we were just waiting on fries. That is nottrue, because he put those fries in his family's order rather than putting him in mine. What kind of manager just sits there andlet something like that happen? I've been a long time customer of Taco Bell but I will never go back to this location.
They are never open. They say they are open for breakfast but nope. Closed. They are supposed to be open for lunch. Nope need 2 hours to be closed almost every day. Want to go at night. Out of everything. Why are you even still open. Can we get a new tacobell on the rock road? Maybe by Applebee's. Oh and only hire the black male manager. He is always the best, never closed, neverlet of stuff, always polite. Love him, do not let this reflect on him

I'm seriously tired of trying to get breakfast and they're never open when it says it's supposed to be. I love their breakfast but why even bother selling it if your not going to be open during breakfast. Taco Bell has a serious problem that they need toaddress get all of the stores open on time or take breakfast off of the menu completely. I'm tired of driving there just to findout they're closed when Google maps says they're supposed to be open.
Service was short and rude, they limited the amount of items you could order in the drive thru to just 5 items per order with no explanation. When asked if it was just a drive thru thing or a stire thing so I could just go inside and order I had the windowclosed mid question. I ordered nacho fries and every order was less than half full.
The employees for the most part have always been friendly. My issue is with the food. The small amount of actual food that is put in a flour shell is amazing. Unless you are a vegetarian. The flavors are pretty much gone. What happened to Taco Bell of old?? Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
If you're looking for a great lunch option, be sure to try the burritos from the value meal menu. They are reasonably priced, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. I highly recommend giving them a try!

I strongly recommend the Burrito Supreme, Crunchy Taco, and Soft Taco. Everything was outstanding!
