Horrible customer service. Went through the drive through, they charged me for someone elses order which was more expensive then mine, I questioned the woman on it, she took my card back said she fixed it, I asked again to make sure it was fixed and askedfor a recipient, she said it was fixed and recipient was in bag. When I got home I found no receipt and checked my bank accountand she did not reverse the charges that she promised to. I called to speak with manager today to get this corrected. This is my 3rd and most likely last time at this location. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito which tasted normal, but was oddly smaller than other locations. This has happened everytime I’ve came here, you’re not getting your usual “bang for your buck” here. I also ordered a cheesy double beef burrito with steak, and it tasted like nothing, they practically only put rice in it. I was the only person at the drive thru and they took 10 minutes to get me my food. It was all cold and the nacho fries and chips were nearly upside down. Nothing was in it 's combo box and it looked like it was all just tossed in there. They didn 't give me straws for my drinks either. The only positive thing about going here was they had the chicken in stock, and the girl there was nice. Everything food-wise was terrible. I would rate it a 3 due to the freshness of the food. My order was complete, but it included two items I didn’t request, and I only noticed I was charged for them after getting home. That was my oversight for not paying closer attention. The staff member was very friendly, and I had no issues with her. Just make sure to repeat orders back to customers to avoid any mix-ups.

I would give it a 3 because of the freshness of the food. Everything was there, including 2 items I did not ask for and did not realize I was charged until I got home. My fault for not paying attention more. The lady working was very nice and I had noquarrels. Just repeat the orders back to customers so there's no mix up.
Never understand why I am in the only car in the drive thru and I have to wait for you to take my order. I waited almost 20 minutes from the time I pulled up until she was ready to take my order only to be told I had to place an order on the app?. Eight cars were behind me and ended up leaving!

I think my favorite thing about this location is the employees get to make their own hours. Makes it kind of a fun game to see if they'll actually choose to take your order or just shut it down an hour or two before they close.

I prefer going to the Taco Bell on Rock Street rather than Olive. The menu was easy to read, the food was good, and the service was solid. Sharing your experience is important, so let's show some love for our local Taco Bell!
Drive thru line is a bit slow but indoor seating is cleaner and a bit quicker. Better than most STL taco bells for sure
