Taco Bell - Reservar una mesa

I just watched the staff at this taco Bell handle a terrible customer. They tried everything to make this customer happy, but there was nothing making this customer happy. She threaten to get an attorney... For a taco... I almost feel over. They kept can the entire and never got mouthy with her. They stayed calm. Kept their composure. Great manager handle everything perfectly. There was no pleasing this customer. Customer was wrong!

Asked for cheese. Charged for extra cheese and got NO extra cheese on my Nacho Bell Grande. It was made so sloppy. You're proud of your work. Who wants to pay EXTRA for something that was made sloppy. Don't ask for something you don't get. The food is sloppy and they don't really care if you eat there or not. I'm done here.

They use rancid oil at this location. I've eaten here many times and every time I get the cinnamon twists or chips, the rancid oil aftertaste is so strong I have to throw away the food. I've pointed this out to the manager but the same problem occurs every time I visit.

I decided to order the cinnamon crawls next to my party packs last night and when I came home, yheyntaste terrible, like burned oil. It was so rough and I threw them all out.
