Terrible Management and Customer Service. You know what you're getting when you order taco bell food, but you expect at least a semi competent human being to be in charge as the manager, not true at the store in Saraland. Antonio not only, cannot count but he cannot be respectful to the paying customer. Order was messed up (4 burrito's put together wrong we have dietary restrictions in the family), incorrect items (cinnamon twists we did not order, 2 bean burrito's we did not order), and missing items that were ordered (2 beefy 5 layers) and a TERRIBLE attitude made this the LAST visit I will make to that particular Taco Bell. I'm not typically picky enough about my experiences with fast food restaurants to leave a review but I have a genuine thing to put here. Whatever little girl was at the window training or whatever in the drive thru around 7:03 tonight literally spoke 0words to me, actively refused to speak to me it seems. I've worked customer service for 10 years, probably even started aroundher age, never have I done that to a customer. I just hope someone sees this and trains her to be better than whatever it was Igot tonight. Foods was good though, I know I had a biggish order on a seemingly busy kind of night so thanks to the kitchen.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The food was terrible, and the service was just as bad. I've never encountered such a disgusting Taco Bell before. It’s clear that the employees have let things slide. The food looked hastily prepared and poorly assembled. It's disappointing to see how much the owner has allowed this location to deteriorate.

I waited for this location to open at 9 a.m. When I went through the drive-thru, I ended up waiting for 15 minutes. I then tried to go inside, but the door was locked. I noticed 3-4 employees inside, so it seemed like they were either intentionally hindering business or the hours had changed without any notice. Regardless, I won’t be coming back. I stopped by this restaurant for a quick takeout meal, and it was disappointing. They completely messed up my order and offered free cinnamon twists as an apology. However, by the time they made the offer, my food was already cold, and my taco had fallen apart. I won't be returning.

Wish I could give a 0 star. Have been to this location Three separate times and have received cold food every single time or items were left out that were paid for. Will never be back to this location. When the employees are confronted they are absolutely rude about the incident.

0 stars. They never open on time. Supposed to open at 8am and they're still not open by 9:30. Every time I've come here, employees are waiting in the parking lot asking me to roll down my window so they can try to convince me to leave or say they are out of everything.

Orderd a simple drink at 4:08 pm and the lobby was empty. Didn't receive my drink until 10 minutes later.
