Taco Bell - Reservar una mesa

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I recently started coming to this location on the way home at least three times a week. I normally order at the kiosk, last week I ordered and paid online. When I arrived to the location to pick up the manager could not find my order. I provided proof via phone of the charge and showed the order which was now idling due to the reception in that area. Basically my order never processed. I Replace the order thinking that the order will be taught you to already been charged, was told that I would have to settle the issue with taco bell.com online. Because I had already dissipated on my order I placed a new order paid the amount again...

The past couple days after dropping my son off at school I have been trying to get breakfast to no avail. I sat at the drive-through even said hello a couple times and no one ever answered but when you drive around and look at the door it says they open at seven. I have been there at 7:30-7:40. I’m not usually want to complain because I know times are tough right now but if your door says that you’re open at seven you should be taking orders

If I could give a negative 0I told them my man ordered off the menus and the item he ordered didn’t have tomatoes! He is otw to work and takes a bite from it and it has tomatoes ?He will stop breathing behind tomatoes!I called to make a complaint and all I got was oh I’m sorry you sure you got it from us ? And then hung up ! I do not recommend this place if you allergic to anything they don’t care about a human safety

Very satisfied customer who’ll definitely be coming back to this Taco Bell. The food is good, perfect temperature, and prompt. I really enjoy the staff for their professionalism and helpfulness. They may appear young but do an excellent job of making sure the customers are taken care of. I consider this to be the best in the area and look forward to coming back. Keep up the good work guys.

Worst Taco Bell. Always gets your order wrong and it’s been over a year since they let customers inside. Would not recommend. Employees are rude
