GAF (ghetto as fu$k). This location no longer has people working the counter. The only way to order is by using a kiosk which has unfortunately done a team of people out of their jobs and then the whole restaurant appears to operate on three employees maybe four. There is nobody to serve you, they are relying on their business to be drive-through which makes you have to try to eat a Mexican pizza in your car which is absolutely ridiculous, they depend on food deliveries as 30% of their parking places are now designed for food delivery vehicles and that's it. The person owning and operating this Taco Bell must be out of their minds. Besides the lack of service in the attempt to force you into...
Tried this location after not visiting for a while due to food quality. Unfortunately it did not improve. Stale taco shell, clumpy beans in my bean burrito and my cheese for my chips and cheese had what I hope was a chunk of ground beef in it but it was so chunky I didn't eat it. Didn't want to risk getting sick. I will stick to the Twinsburg location.
The food was very good! I was really surprised... compared to other Taco bells they seem to have together. But best was the young man in the Drive-Thru window extremely polite, well spoken and efficient. He also did something I never had to drive through the person.. He told me to drive safely and hoped that my travel went well. Love this place!!
The workers there are incompetent, waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to be told to come inside to order because making 2 party packs is to hard of an order for the drive thru. Walk inside and it was another 30 minute wait. Find someone that knows how to run a restaurant.
