Store had no power tonight. Power had just been restored as I pulled up. I was kindly told they just got power back and we’re getting ready to cook up the food, it would just take about 20 minutes. Shout out to the employees that stayed until power came back on and still had a positive attitude about it. This isn’t the first time I’ve receive great customer service! Thanks to the whole team!!
The entire staff is disrespectful, with the manager even yelling at employees. A male worker made a disrespectful comment about McDonald's and questioned customers' preferences for tacos. This behavior was witnessed by several people, some of whom left as a result. The restaurant seems poorly managed and does not appear capable of handling busy periods effectively.
I recently went to a restaurant to eat, but I had a disappointing experience. Despite claiming they were working to fix the issue, they were unable to fulfill my order for two consecutive days. If they are unable to fulfill orders, they should not allow customers to use delivery services like Uber Eats.
