I had a very disappointing experience with customer service at this restaurant. I've encountered several issues at this location, and unfortunately, each one has been negative. As someone who has "PRIDE" printed on my debit card, I've been subjected to slurs. Tonight, I stopped by after work hoping to grab a quick bite, but instead, I ended up waiting at the speaker for six minutes only to be forgotten. When I tried to enter the restaurant, I found it locked. Each time I approached the speaker, I was told to hold on for a moment, yet my order was never taken. Due to this consistent poor service, neither I nor my family will be returning to this location.
