I am giving this restaurant two stars because my experience was not very good. I had to wait in the drive-thru for 10 minutes with no one in front of me because no one was answering. I eventually drove around to see if I could go inside, but the lobby was closed except for online orders due to being short-staffed. I had to go back through the drive-thru and place my order at the window. The person taking my money was rude and did not say thank you or hello. I received the wrong order, but I didn't have a receipt because they didn't give me one. When I tried to address the issue, they did not fix it. I placed an online order and waited in line for over 35 minutes from the time I arrived until I left. The indoor seating was closed, so I had to wait in the drive-thru. When I received my frozen drink, it had been sitting in the sun, so the employee had to make me a new one. I also had to ask for a straw because one was not provided with my drink. Additionally, I realized I had no utensils once I started eating in the parking lot. I definitely did not want to wait in line again for a fork.

The Mexican food at this restaurant is affordable and tasty, but I wish they would remember to include the Diablo sauce that I always request. The take-out service is convenient for dinner and the prices are reasonable, typically between $1 and $10 per person. I would give the food a rating of 4, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 2.

This Taco Bell is lovely. The staff is friendly and helpful. The space is clean and well-maintained. The employees are diligent about wearing masks and maintaining social distance.
