“Customer service was terrible”.We waited for 20mins in the drive thru and finally got our food. After going home we noticed that they missed 1 item in our bill and we called them, they asked us to come again to the store. We went again and we asked them to drop the food in the mobile pickup parking lot. He said we can’t do that and he asked us to come in person to the delivering window. When showing the bill and asking them, he again asked us to come again in the drive thru which will take another 30mins for us.The staff who attended our call was so bad in handling customers. We waited in the drive through for over twenty minutes only to get to the speaker and be told they’re closed. There’s a minimum of five cars behind us, no sign is out saying they’re closed, and online their hours are listed as open until 1am (it was 10:10 by the time we finally got to the speaker).It’d be one thing if the person had been empathetic about the experience or even said sorry that no one came out to tell the long line of cars they weren’t taking anymore orders (allowing us to leave before another place closed) or heaven forbid put a sign out saying closed early, but nope. I think it's unacceptable for a restaurant to encourage customers to pick up their orders inside the building only to find the door locked upon arrival, with no one acknowledging their presence. This kind of service is poor business practice and should not be tolerated. I live within walking distance of this location, so I decided to walk over to collect my order. However, I ended up having to return home, get in my car, and wait in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes, even though I could see my order sitting on the shelf where I was told it would be for indoor pickup. I will be reaching out to corporate about this issue!
I tried to order a purchase pickup online. App was not user friendly. Got to the location and no employees were up front. They were all in the back talking. The kiosk wouldn't allow me to complete the order, so I waited about 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. The cashier finally came up front and said I should have yelled to the back. Several customers didn't wait. They just walked out. It took another 10 minutes to get my food. The nacho belle Grande was not hot. Unpleasant experience.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited 25 minutes, but my food was never prepared because I chose to pay with cash. When I placed my order, there was no one at the front counter to take my payment, so my food never got made. When I spoke to the manager about it, he just looked at me and asked what I wanted him to do. I expressed my frustration about being penalized for paying with cash, and he simply laughed at me.
I placed a mobile pickup order and, upon arriving, noticed some employees bringing things inside. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly. I even helped hold the door open for them while they were unloading. I was waiting for my order, after all! The employees here are always extremely nice. As for the food, it was excellent—everything was prepared correctly and fully packed.
Order from the app for inside pickup. It's 3pm and the inside is closed. Already charged and no way to cancel order. Forced to wait in long drive thru line. Inside pickup shouldn't be an option if the inside is closed. Don't like waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru. Don't like the fact that my food sits for 30 minutes because I can't get inside. Very disappointed. Do better.
We went through drive-thru and had our order messed up. Despite multiple signs saying that the store was open for dining all doors were locked and the representative that came to help us refuse to let us into the building. The representative also kept our receipt and I have locked our credit card to prevent erroneous charges.

Food not good. Asked for minus things. They put those things on I asked to minus. Not fresh. Taste like it's been sitting out for hours. Then they microwave warm. Cinnamon twist taste like they were in cooker too long.
