I drove by because I missed my turn and it looked closed. It was 9:41 PM. At 9:42 PM, I checked their hours online. By 9:43 PM, I was stopped at a red light up the street. At 9:45 PM, I turned around to confirm they were indeed closed. By 9:47 PM, the light turned green, and I drove past again—yes, they were definitely closed. At least Wendy’s knows how to treat a customer! So, I ended up going there instead. You guys always close way too early, but it seems like you don’t care. Someone else mentioned this complaint six years ago.
This restaurant is taking advantage of customers with their pricing, and I can’t understand how anyone puts up with it. They charge $30 for a taco party pack when it's only $19 at other places. They also intentionally don’t allow online orders because their app has lower prices. I'm not sure if this situation is the same for the KFC menu, as I was ordering from Taco Bell. I did try KFC from this location once before, and the food was awful. I only decided to return this time because it was the only Taco Bell nearby.
This restaurant doesn't consistently adhere to its posted hours. I visited only to find it closed, despite the website stating it would be open. The prices are steep, even compared to other Taco Bell locations. Dining here felt more like being in an amusement park or a movie theater. I recognize there’s a supply chain crisis, but it’s not this extreme. The food is merely acceptable. I might be a bit too generous giving it 2 stars.
The food was delightful, and the staff seemed friendly. However, I find their pricing quite confusing. For example, I paid $10.98 for a combo here that only costs $8.88 in Port Chester, which is a 24% increase. It feels a bit odd. Maybe they are setting aside funds for much-needed updates to their facilities.

Best Taco Bell to date! The very nice cashier rung up my familys order in a combo I never knew about that saved us money! Now I know how to order from all other taco bells in the future! Thank You So Much!!!
