I placed on online order, get there at 10:30, they tell me they're closed.I cancel the order but see I still got charged. I go to the one in Clio, on the way back the lights are on.I call them and ask. I'm told it's a third party app and have to go through the third party (that they didn't bother to name). No apology.I didn't use the app, I used the taco bell website. Here's hoping I don't have to go through my bank for this one.Nice scam, guys.
The service was fast, though the food appeared slightly old and was assembled somewhat carelessly. Given that most of the staff are teenagers, I’m willing to give it 4 stars. I recognize that some employees might not be as committed as others. Still, I would dine here again. The food wasn’t bad; it just seemed hastily prepared, especially since there was no wait. Overall, I’d give the food a rating of 4.
I frequently find that my orders are incomplete. For instance, when I order chips and cheese, I often receive a cheese cup that has very little cheese in it, and it's usually upside down as well. This is quite disappointing.
The restaurant was closed in the lobby at 6:30 on a Sunday. There seems to be a lack of staff, and I keep hearing the same excuse each time I visit. They really need to hire more employees. Reserva una mesa ahora
