Taco Bell - Reserva de mesa

This is the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I would give them zero stars if I could. Their customer service is terrible. I placed an online order at Taco Bell before leaving work for my lunch break and waited for 7 minutes before anyone helped me. I had to finally flag down an employee to let them know about my online order. I waited an additional 10 minutes before telling another worker about my order, and then it took them another 10-15 minutes to prepare my food. They even almost forgot my drinks, and I had to retrieve them myself after my order was already placed. I used to work at a Taco Bell with fewer employees, and we were much faster and more attentive to our customers....

I ordered 2 tacos and 2 bean burritos through the drive-thru. When I arrived home, the tacos were nearly empty so I returned to the restaurant. They remade my order and my tacos were satisfactory the second time around, but my bean burrito only had a small amount of beans in it. For a better dining experience, I recommend eating in at this location.

The employees are consistently kind and my order is always accurate. If there is ever a problem, the manager goes above and beyond to resolve it. The nearby El Pollo should learn from their example on how to run a fast food establishment effectively. This is the standard for how a fast food restaurant should be run.

The system always goes down at 10pm. What's the point of staying open late if they can't even accept card payments? They only take cash or else the system is down. Total waste of time. This place should just close down for good. Reserva una mesa ahora

This restaurant is terrible. I waited 45 minutes just to receive one taco and a potato dish. Eventually, I ended up leaving without getting my food, along with around 10 other people who had been waiting for an hour.

The crunchy tacos were great! My burritos was good, but contained too much liquid. The frozen icy drink hit the spot, especially since it was a really warm day. (Frozen Drink put me over my normal under $10 expense).

Cinnamon twist were made, but there wasn't any cinnamon/sugar on them.. half the job was done, but couldn't finish the last part.. I know it was busy, but could of tried to get a little on there for some flavor.

the taco bell is in order, occasionally they get their order wrong, but overall this is an ok taco bell. in the soft potato tacos were like once in stones.

I got one quesadilla and burrito the two thing are burned and I noticed that they were burned until I got home very bad service from the night cooks
