They frequently do not open at 8 AM like they say they do. The app lets you order because it thinks the store is open, but then I arrived to pick up My breakfast and they are closed. I didn’t get a refund. Now I order at the restaurant in case they are not actually open. Still, it is annoying when I drive 10 minutes to get here and they are closed during their “normal business hours.” It’s also weird that a place with breakfast food doesn’t open until 8 AM.
The person working the drive-thru at 10 pm deserves a raise! As someone who has worked in the industry for years, I can appreciate their level of positivity at that late hour. If they don't receive a raise, I may just have to come back through the drive-thru to offer them a job at a higher rate myself.
Went inside and placed an order to go. Ordered a large drink, they tried giving me a small. Ordered chips and cheese, no chips. I don't understand how much more simple this could get. Very frustrating, check your order before leaving.
I'm not sure why this Taco Bell has such low ratings. My family and I visit 1-2 times a week and have always had a great experience. Alex at the register was very generous with the sauce, the food was fresh, and the service was fast. Reserva una mesa ahora
My first meal here over a year ago was amazing. Since then it has been downhill every time. Poor quality food, employees that don't listen to orders, missing ingredients, cheese on no cheese orders, you can't make it up.
Walk up cash orders at the kiosk disappear from their system and you don't know this until you ask them to find the order 10 or 15 minutes later I watched this happen to others then it happened to me.
Made us go around in the Drive-Thru because we had a mobile order that wasn 't ready yet and they forgot half of it. This is the worst Taco

"Had the Copper Slopper twice in a week, absolutely loved how hardy and flavorful it was. Portions are big and staff is pleasantly nice! Their menu is huge so there's something for everyone and every mood. Their **** Mary's are terrific too!"
