We ordered takeout and picked up our order, but when we got home 30 minutes later, we discovered that only half of it was in the bag. Unsure whether to return since it had been a bit of time, we decided to go back anyway. When we explained the situation, the staff was very understanding and promptly provided us with the missing items. Kudos to the team for their excellent service!
Well, this place has a problem. They missed the items so often on to go orders from online. They are all wrapped and taped, and hard to check one by one at the store. They are saying bring original receipt back to store each time to resolve. No one answers call, no one responding email in web page.
This is my favorite Taco Bell in Silicon Valley, even though they recently changed the cozy purple and orange decor to white walls and fake wood tables. It now resembles a White Castle or Chipotle.

Might be one of the greatest taco bell staff crew ever. Should be in Hall of Fame for best fast food workers. Never went back to real mexican food after this place
Ate here today, usually don’t have any issues, food made me sick as a dog. Huge stomachache and vomiting. Staff needs to check their food or wash their hands.
Even though the restaurant was undergoing renovations, the manager personally took my order and delivered it straight to my car.

Average taco bell restaurant, the staffs mostly speak Spanish, was hard to communicate with them in English.
