I went through the drive-thru and had to repeat my order three times. I waited for my total or confirmation that my order was understood, which was for a beef burrito supreme without beans and a diet Pepsi. After pulling behind the third car in line and waiting, I finally received my order. However, when I took a bite on my way to my next stop, I discovered that the burrito was ice cold. I ended up throwing it away.
The place was dirty inside and service was both bad and ok. I was 1st to order over 3 others yet last to get my food or drinks. The food was made incorrectly and I asked for help. The line cook acknowledges me but ignored me. Waited for another employee to offer help. The food was remade and an apology offered. So some employees cared and others not so much.
For the most part the service is great and they are fairly quick, but every now and then there's a bit of a wait at night if they don't have many workers. The food also could be a little bit more presentable but then again, it's Taco Bell, not fine dining ?
Management really needs to do something about all the teenagers at pile up in there and have no respect for other customers that are coming in trying to order their food with the language coming out of these kids mouths. Reserva una mesa ahora
The restaurant was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly. The only downside was the kiosk which took too long to use. It was difficult for older customers to figure out how to order from it.
Every time I come to this location they make me pull around and I wait at least 20 mins every time! There is no reason for that! I use the mobile app for convenience and it's never convenient!
Head to this Taco Bell instead of the one located at the TA gas station. It's definitely worth the three additional minutes off the highway.
