I love that I can order in-app, getting all the best deals, and immediately pull into the drive thru for pickup. All I say is I have an online order under a name and boom, I'm told to pull ahead and my order is promptly made. They wait until you check in before starting to prepare your order, which is great because no more cold food. Plus ordering through the app is much simpler if you tend to customize your food, ie. No beans on this, extra guac on that, etc. That way there is no confusion or stuff being forgotten or left off. If it didn't get ordered correctly, then that's on me. They also have kiosks for people to order from or check in at , if that's what is comfortable for you. Bathroom...

The last three times I visited this restaurant, my order was incorrect. I had to return to the counter to explain the mistake to the staff, who were not very attentive. I consistently did not receive the sauce or napkins that I requested. The majority of the employees were not friendly or helpful. Taco Bell needs to improve its customer service. There is another Taco Bell in the city that I may try instead. I reached out to the company via email but never received a response. This lack of follow-up is disappointing, but unfortunately not unexpected as Taco Bell's quality has been declining for years.

I went through the drive-thru and had to repeat my order three times. I waited for my total or confirmation that my order was understood, which was for a beef burrito supreme without beans and a diet Pepsi. After pulling behind the third car in line and waiting, I finally received my order. However, when I took a bite on my way to my next stop, I discovered that the burrito was ice cold. I ended up throwing it away.

The worst management I have ever seen at a Taco Bell they should be ashamed of themselves….you change the oil out and stop taking orders at 10:30 pm and your open until 12:00 pm what was you thinking…not the first bad experience but will be my last Reserva una mesa ahora

I don't normally write a Google review for fast food restaurants but this is the exception. The crew was so friendly and helpful. Also, helped me hack a meximent. Definitely would go back when in the area.

The restaurant was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly. The only downside was the kiosk which took too long to use. It was difficult for older customers to figure out how to order from it.

Every time I come to this location they make me pull around and I wait at least 20 mins every time! There is no reason for that! I use the mobile app for convenience and it's never convenient!

Head to this Taco Bell instead of the one located at the TA gas station. It's definitely worth the three additional minutes off the highway. Reserva una mesa ahora
