It was BEDLAM. We walked in, the entire restaurant was in complete squaller. Every garbage can was full. I was watching people in the kitchen, leaving the food station, with their gloves on, touching the drive-thru window and the counter, not changing their gloves, and going right back to folding someone 's burrito. They were cussing and using very very racial remarks and graphic expletives, cursing and swearing like sailors Infront of children in the lobby. I was called derogatory names by management unnecessarily. I ordered a simple nachos bell grande, there were no orders before mine, there were FIVE employees aimlessly standing around, and it took FIFTEEN MINUTES for someone to make it....
