My wife is 5 months pregnant and was craving nachos after a long day out with family. This was the closest place to us on the way home and we chose to give it a try since neither of us have been to a TacoBell before and it seemed fair for us to assume they'd have said snack. When we got to the order speaker, the lady asked for our order but I let her know we needed a minute to look at the menu. While browsing not even 5 seconds had passed and we were being rushed along and not to mention the woman's sweet tone faded. Never fails to disappoint. It’s obvious no one wants to be there and apparently not a single soul knows what a chicken cantina burrito is because it’s NEVER in the bag. Customer service is non existent. Honestly don’t know how the hell this location stays open. I honest to god gave this location 10, yes y’all, TEN chances ….. every single time…..item is missing, attitude is given….. save your time and money and just go somewhere else.

Leslie is by far the worst manager I’ve ever encountered at a Taco Bell establishment, she’s rude yells at her employees to do everything when she feels she doesn’t need too, I go thru drive thru to order because the inside is closed she is outside smoking w the smell of marijuana , I don’t think it’s professional to smell like marijuana or be outside smoking after 10 while your other employees are inside working

Was unable to order on the app today due to errors, however the staff here was so gracious with all the substitutions we needed to make the order vegetarian for one person in our party. Everything was correct and delicious, and I just appreciate how amazing everyone working there tonight was. I would give 100 stars if I could. Reserva una mesa ahora

VEGETARIANS/VEGANS BEWARE AND AVOID I usually order on the mobile app to ensure substitutions are clearly communicated, but on more than one occasion now my food has had meat in it. Seems to be a persistant issue at this location.

It has changed alot. My order was big, they gave us a cold stake chime changa, slow and the only drinks they had was a strawberry lemonade and tea. No sodas.

I ordered the new steak cheesy street chalupa and I didn't get the onions and cilantro or the jalapeno ranch sauce. Those are the main items I wanted.
