Honestly the service is horrible here. Staff is not helpful or aware of how to provide good customer service. We have made reservations here severals times with several days notice and each time they input the wrong time in the system which in turn makes us miss our reservation. We have even called day of to confirm the reservation time and still somehow when we arrive to the restaurant the time is wrong. Staff is surprisingly rude when dealing with the issue and we have never been taken care of or offered alternative solutions. We will never attempt to go here again and will be spreading the word of the horrible experience and customer service provided.
We went on a Sunday for lunch and the food was awesome! The al pastor was delicious! Service was awesome. We sat towards the back so our toddler wouldn’t bother anyone, and one of the staff members, completely unprompted, turned on some cartoons for our child on one of the TVs which was awesome, it helped my kid stay calm throughout the whole meal. We’ll definitely be coming back here.Kid-friendliness: They have booster seats, high chairs, and a kids menu!
The food is amazing at this place but our server Jill is the reason we always come back. Super down to earth and will talk to you as a friend. If you want a place to come back to ask for Jill and you will be a new regular! Cool atmosphere; friendly waitstaff, but a little slow to get started (waited a bit to even have a menu to peruse). Food was tasty, but my *chicken* torta was actually full of grisly steak some pieces too tough to even chew through, several more pieces held together but tough strands of fat :

Love live LOVED this place! Today was my first day coming here and not only were the food and drinks amazing, but the most amazing part was the hospitality I received from my server. I believe her name was Jill, but she was so helpful with everything and quick with food and drinks!
Went their for my birthday with hubby and friends.Great staff, delicious food this place is very cozy and inviting . Can't wait til warmer days their outdoor dinning is so nice we can stay and enjoy food and drinks for hours very nicely done! ?
The food is authentic, and the staff contribute to making this a perfect place for lunch or dinner. Ryan, the bartender, provided excellent service and ensured everything was just right. She also makes fantastic drinks!
Taco Borracho offers the best tacos in Grand Rapids! I tried the carne asada, al pastor, and camarones con chorizo, and they were all outstanding! The queso with chorizo as an appetizer was phenomenal too!

WOW..!!!This FOOD is Good..!!!I THOUGHT the Birria Tacos were My absolute FAVORITE, until I tried the Jibarito with Plantains..!!! NOW, My absolute FAVORITE, I Kid you NOT, this is Some GREAT Food.
