Taco Bueno - Reserva de mesa

Server failed to return my card had to ask a different server to return. I forgot my drink drove back to retrieve it. Servers back to the window waving me off when he turn around. Only to realize I was there for my drink. No apology sorry for inconvenience nothing. So now I?m home eating less than a tablespoon of chicken in the burrito. Open the sauce it explodes only to find out it?s soured. Sour cream taste spoiled as well. Needless to say my experience was unsatisfactory . Rice is dry and crunchy. Very disappointed

Awful place, awful customer service! I bit into my tostada and a long grey hair came out with it. I posted a picture and you can see the hair at the crease of the box. I went in to complain and was met with what can we do for you? They offered to remake it but I said I just wanted my money back. Nowhere in there did I ever get an apology for their sloppy mistake. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!

Food tastes good, but it is the second time that they take the path before their closing time (10 pm). I drive from home to Taco Bueno for 15 minutes. I come 10-15 minutes before 10 and they had already closed the kitchen and all set up. Two times.

They didn't have my drink, but they gave me a free water on the car thru. I ordered the fajita enchilada. It was more than usual. The ride was very polite. I called to get her name, Syra? Probably not right, but she's great! Best customer service! Reserva una mesa ahora

This restaurant has been a favorite of mine for a long time. It appears that the restaurants are now cleaner, friendlier, and better managed than in the past. I absolutely love their Taco Tuesday platter.

We had to wait for a while before being acknowledged. It seemed like online orders took priority. The food was decent, but our soda was flat and seemed to be mostly water with a hint of coke.

The food was still stellar. However the beans on mexi dip and chips were too salty and the red sauce on the buffet was too runny, almost no flavor. Cashier was efficient and polite.

Haven't been here in forever. Got the mucho nachos which is my go to. You can tell the quality has gone down but it wasn't horrible considering the price. I'd recommend. Reserva una mesa ahora

A big cockroach crawled out of my napkin at Bueno pizza. I was horrified and will never go back. The health inspector needs to shut this place down immediately.

My favorite restaurant. Service Essen were awarded as usual. Beautiful place to stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Yummy
