The cleanliness left much to be desired, with many tables dirty and the floors in poor condition. However, the biggest disappointment was the food itself. Sadly, it was awful. We tried the burrito (which came as two separate burritos), a taco salad, and three street tacos—none of it was even remotely good. The beef in the burrito had a strange smell similar to cat food, and it probably tasted just as bad (not that I've ever eaten cat food). After a few bites, we threw everything away, feeling like we had just wasted $36.

Probably the worst, slowest and most unprofessional taco cabana. They're always out of stuff and the staff just laughs when they mess up your order. Would not recommend if you're in a hurry or wanting to get what you ordered. Which is too bad given their prime location. Have been here at least 10 times both for dine in and drive through and they have always disappointed.
The service was disappointing, with staff who seemed unmotivated and indifferent. Luckily, I wasn’t dining in myself, just picking up an order for someone else. They gave her the wrong order, and there was a messy, leaking substance at the bottom of the bag. This experience is exactly why I wouldn’t choose to eat here. Food: 2/5.
Great looking nice music and great food. 06/24/2022 update This place went down for a while but under the new management the cleanliness and customer service is outstanding. I talked to the manager and they have a strict no phone policy at this location. It seams to be working, this location is a must.

The portions were very small. My husband’s beef fajitas had just one piece of beef, only about half the length of the tortilla, with nothing else included. I’m disappointed with the servings and probably won’t return, except for the watermelon drink—that was excellent. Food: 2/5
I ordered $30 worth of food, but the chips only had cheese enchilada flavor with nothing else, and the relleno plate tasted like peppermint. There were no sauces included, and I felt completely ripped off when I got home. The evening crew is a joke.
The service at this location is extremely slow, even when there’s no line. They should cook the tortillas for an additional 30 seconds and avoid removing the juice from the chicken, as it makes it too dry.
Apparently the cooks here hate their jobs. Didn’t know when I order a bean burrito with red Chile I was going to get a hand held smothered burrito

If you like nachos with no cheese or meat this is the place to go. Definitely gone down hill. Eat somewhere else save your money
