The food at Taco Cabana was tasty, but the customer service was disappointing. It seems like fast food chains don’t always train their staff on how to properly greet customers. The person at the drive-thru didn’t make eye contact or acknowledge me while taking my payment and handing over my order. I said thank you when she closed the window, but it felt very one-sided. I’m not sure what’s happening, but these places really need to teach their younger employees some basic customer service skills. They could take a page from Dutch Bros, where everyone is friendly and welcoming no matter their age.
This is the best Taco Cabana in Arlington. The staff is friendly. The food is always hot and delicious. And they are on top of their drive thru. Every other Taco Cabana leaves you sitting for a good half hour with very few cars in line. I'm so thankful to have this one close by! Don't forget to do the survey at the bottom of your receipt so you can save $1 on your next visit!
On my way to a meeting, I ordered a Chicken Fajita Cabana bowl with Ranch Salsa, excited to eat it once I arrived. Unfortunately, when I got there, I found my bowl had no chicken or salsa—just roasted beans. I had been really looking forward to it, but ended up with a meal missing the main ingredients. The effort the staff put into making my order was sadly wasted.
The food was delicious! I do wish they had sour cream sauce for the chimichangas, though. I ordered to-go, and there was plenty of food. The rice was decent, but it could have used a bit more flavor. Overall, I would rate the service 5/5.

The Fajita Egg Taco Combo at She's K was somewhat bland, but a little salt and pepper did the trick to enhance the flavor. The standout for me was definitely the delicious Mexican rice—I can't get enough of it!
My daughter really enjoyed watching the tortillas being made. They even put one in for her to see from the beginning and let her have it afterward. The staff was all wonderful and friendly as well. Food: 5/5
I received my order of three chicken flautas and sopaipillas, and they arrived hot. The flautas had a wonderful crispy texture. The best part was that it was all very affordably priced.
The tacos were served hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! It made for an incredible breakfast experience!
