I worked for a company on site. They had an event and hired the Taco truck. It was good over 100 degrees where you don't want to eat. Aroma from truck was amazing! Line was long but fast moving! I got the combo plate that consisted of 2 Street Tacos with Carnitas as my meat and Buffalo Chicken Empanada. ABSLUTELY AMAZING! outside the truck they had different drinks such as jarritos, water and various soda. Chips, picks and guap! I'm from Greenlawn and wiling to go to the store! I love Carnitas, never had that style where he is and I loved it!
I order from here all the time as it is comfortable on the way home. No matter when or what I have tastes have always been consistent and the food is so fresh you would think the ingredients were only processed in the morning, who knows it might be. All the sauces they give you are amazing, my favorite must be the Verde as it goes with everything and if you are hot sauce that is more taste, then heat will definitely give her home hot sauce an attempt. I will continue to consistently return to my favorite sex place on all Long Island
So we heard about this restaurant of friends and reviewed their Google reviews and decided to try it yourself. We ordered our food on site. Maybe waited 10 minutes, in the meantime they did a pretty good deal with many order pickups and Uber eats etc. We had ordered various dishes for 4 people and all really liked their meals. Everything was properly prepared as we had ordered, food was packed great and had many sauces to try. Portion sizes were good and prices were reasonable. We will definitely order them again.
We used their food truck for my sister's bridal shower and they exceeded all my expectations. The food, staff, and price were unbeatable. We've used food trucks for events before and while they were always a good experience, Taco Island was by far the BEST. I highly recommend using them. The food is outstanding. Probably some of the best Mexican food I've ever had.
