I’ve been picking up food from this Taco Joe’s location for months. Recently, a new young woman was hired as the store manager, and she has completely transformed the place. The difference is clear—you can feel it as soon as you walk in, from the improved cleanliness to the courteous service and attention to detail. The atmosphere is totally different compared to a few months ago. They didn’t even accept phone orders before, but now that has almost been fixed. It’s obvious this manager takes great pride in her role and is dedicated to making this location the best it can be. I’ll definitely be ordering more from Taco Joe’s with my entire local staff.
I usually order a Bowl from Taco Joe's that lasts me 3-4 meals since I don’t eat a lot at once. However, after just one day in the fridge, the container started to expand, which makes me think the meat might have been old or spoiled. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve had this problem. Their bowls shouldn’t be going bad after only one day.
I will not return to Taco Joe's, and I cannot recommend it. I used to be a regular customer, but after today, I’ve changed my mind. The service was poor, and the portion sizes have decreased significantly. When I politely asked for a bit more, I was met with a disrespectful attitude. This is simply unacceptable.
Taco Joe's is my favorite taco spot in the world! They offer generous portions, free ice cream for kids, and large quesadillas at an affordable price. I was heartbroken when it got hit by a car, and I can't wait for it to reopen!
