Taco John's - Reserva de mesa

This afternoon I walked into one of my former usually eating spot Jimmy John's in McCook Nebraska. They been open for months now. The food was always fresh, great. But the service has always been less than par. I went in, music was on loud, no one was in site. I sat in one of the seats my stomach by then growling for me to feed it for something like 15 minutes. This not the first time this has happened, I'm guessing it won't be the last, but I can bet they keep that up their doors might close as I've seen happen to other establishments that offer poor customer service. Food wasn’t hot or fresh and service was awkward and slow. I was the only person in line at the drive thru, so I don’t understand why my burrito was cold. The oles were lukewarm and rather soggy. The next issue isn’t only about this location, but why can’t Taco John’s ever get a curbside order right? I’ve ordered them at least 4 or 5 times: They’re always confused when I arrive, I’m told they don’t do curbside orders OR they don’t start the order until after I’ve waited a while and asked where my order was. I kinda get the idea of not starting your order until you arrive, but then why did it take 10 minutes for a burrito and oles, and the food wasn’t hot, and why act all confused when I let...

I was very impressed by the staff. There were seven employees working on the line that were asked for Drive-Thru providers and a work register. The car thru was waiting in the street with a line. The dining room was busy with me, there were three people waiting for an order. My waiting time was 5 minutes. Hats of these seven people. They smiled that they had a good customer service. I've been eating Taco John for 50 years. I was impressed by the Taco John's in McCook.

I always have TJs when I wash. I always don't ask for a salad on my tacos. A young coach missed this today. No big deal. I didn't want to complain. When I was asked how things are, I was honest and mentioned the salad. About three minutes later, I had fresh tacos without salad. Service and food are always great! Reserva una mesa ahora

Me and my wife stopped in tonight and the service was on point, the food was great and it was a good experience. I was a general manager of one for a few years and these guys are awesome

Taco salad if you can can it that. Hardly any lettuce or meat don't waste your money. My husbands soft tacos not much to them either. Food was cold. I should of taken a picture.

Food was good butgot turned off when I saw worker added toothpics and using hands with no glove and some younger guy picking nose in food preparation station

My potato oles were seasoned good they didnt forget anything. My burrito was huge and great and my food was hot and fresh. They were very friendly Reserva una mesa ahora

Every time I go, the food is great (hot and fresh) and the service is excellent. I love the 2 softshell tacos and potato oles.

The food was great and the service was fast. The employees were very nice and made sure we had everything!
