I frequent this location. Today I got the carne asada platter with a side of cilantro extra guacamole and a side of the super hot sauce . You have to ask if you want the super hot.. hot and mild are also offered..The Al pastor tacos and the shredded beef enchiladas are another of my regular orders. Great family owned restaurant, the whole family is part of the business and has been for many years. Fun to see new faces when the fairs are going on in the areas as they have family come into town to help. Great food too! We loved the Taco King in Alaska and thought the one in Albert Lea might be part of a chain. We were wrong, but so glad we stopped to check it out. The food was delicious, service was excellent and prices were great! This will now be our go-to restaurant when we drive through Albert Lea every few weeks.
