I work nearby and this is normally a favorite spot to grab a quick meal when I need to work late. It's normally all 4 and 5 stars here.I had a really weird experience with an employee who was singing as loud as he could and walking around making bizarre statements to customers. The other employees seemed to be ignoring him. He acted like he had just been fired and was mentally unstable or perhaps he was off his meds and in a mental health crisis? The things he said were all sort of an inside joke to himself, but the statements were all about how you the customer are sending me away and now I'm free. The other employees were all clearly upset and intimidated so they were all working silently...

I had my Kia getting serviced while I had a burrito at this place. From the moment I had it I could feel something strange. The day went by but right next early morning it all went downhill. I have been going to bathroom for at least 6-7 times a day. Its been 5 days and I still have weird colored stool mostly green. From what I have read it online and through people its the sign of Salmonella infection. I am hoping in a few days it will get cleared as whatever I eat it just comes out without me being able to get the nutrients out of it. Just a heads up for the management to take be extra careful on food handling.

Worst customer service ever..the customer service representative was absolutely rude, he was acting as he was under influence! Empty spot and his surrounding team was very unhappy and was impacted by his inappropriate behavior. He must be resign his position and send to clinic for an evaluation. Reserva una mesa ahora

Stood at the register for 15 minutes. Guy who looked like Mr. Beast told me to wait longer. When he finally took my order, he would not honor my reward. I asked for his manager, and he said he WAS the manager! He was condescending and had an arrogant smile the whole time. So I left!

There was a time when I worried this place might close due to staff shortages and reduced hours. However, they have returned to their former brilliance. I highly recommend this Taco Time for its delicious fresh food and prompt service.

They have a weird ordering system where you can ONLY place orders either through drive thru or on a touch pad. Strange they can't take money from the counter or a regular cash drawer. Other than that people were nice food was good.

Everyone was so nice but the food was ratchet. Chips were stale. Everything was cold. I threw most of mine away. My kid is in the hospital and was tired of hospital food. Hospital food was way better. Reserva una mesa ahora

We had to be in the area to get work done on our car saw the recent reviews and were slightly nervous but despite that, everything was perfect.

I stopped by to grab a bite while I was waiting for my car. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the food was excellent as always.
