Tacos Del Chino - Reservar una mesa

I've known about Tacos Del Chino since El Chino used to have his taco truck in South El Monte. The service here is always 5 stars. Everyone is super friendly and always joking around. The place doesn't look like much but the food is definitely good and affordable. Cooking time can range from really quick to semi-slow. I've overheard orders of 200 tacos (mostly late night) while I'm ordering that probably back them up! But I don't mind it because the majority of the time the food is fresh. As for the food, you can't go wrong with anything Asada. Especially the mulitas! The pastor has a bit too much sauce for my liking, though. My mom called this jaihouse disguised as restraurant and wanted to place an order but as they took the phone they made us wait by putting us on hold and they hang up after a long wait. Then we go to that jailhouse physically and i say jailhouse because only there your not providing customer service. We started telling them about the experience on the phone and what had happened. But that was like it offended them because the cook started going against my mom saying not even i allow my mom to punish me let alone a whatever they went back and forth with no solution to the problem as a good bussines owner should have. We didnt buy anything. There are plenty mexican restaurants choose another.

These tacos are delicious! One of the best ones I've had in a while. I order al pastor,cabeza, and tripa and they were all so good. The right amount of flavor and salt. The only thing I would have liked is for them to have lengua but all the other meats were great! We will definitely come back. the cashier was so nice... It's rare to find good food that also offers good customer service as well.

Definitely a hole-in-a-wall place that will hit the spot... I love coming here to eat with my blessings because I know they will be eating everything... my boys love the quesadillas de pollo and asada and my princess and I get the tacos de cabeza and tripas reasonably priced and worth every penny

So the guy taking the order was nice. Problem is that they took forever to get me my food. It was kind of ridiculous. I don't trust these reviews anymore. Maybe a few years ago the reviews were honest, but now I can't trust this. Good was decent 3 out of 5. Price is high for what you get.

Small business with BIG flavor dishes. The tacos were some of the best I've had in a while, the carne asada burrito was a good size and worth the money, the wet burrito is a must try and packed with a lot of great flavor.

Dont place an order on Saturday nights they cant handle the volume.. or answer the phones call taco nazo instead their more on it … tried them 1st time phone kept ringing good luck hope management get better

Loveeeee this place I've been going for more than 10 yrs and the food and service NEVER fails they are amazing and the food delicious ? everything on the menu is so bomb!!Food: 5/5

Best place closes to my house. Just sucks there close on Tuesday's but overall, good food wallet friendly
