Taglio Di Roma - Reserva de mesa

Taglio Di Roma specializes in Roman-style pizza, served in neat squares measuring about 6 inches by 6 inches. They offer a good variety of creative toppings. We ordered a plate of 10 slices featuring 5 different types of pizzas. Overall, it was decent but not exceptional. My main concern was that some slices were fresh while others had been reheated, and the difference was quite noticeable to me. Given the price I paid, I didn’t expect to receive reheated pizza. The restaurant has large communal tables for dining inside, but if you prefer not to share your space with others, it's best to avoid peak hours. I’d rate it 3 stars, with an additional star for being a family-run business.

Cool joint that serves authentic roman al taglio pizza. We ordered half a dozen slices at the counter, to go, and the service was friendly and patient. They have a good selection of pizzas with different toppings. The place looks great too. Relatively quiet when we went on a random weeknight. Service: Take out

Two years ago, my first experience was excellent; everything was really good. However, now it seems to have declined. There’s more dough than filling, and the food doesn’t look fresh anymore. Service: Took out Meal Type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20.

It’s a bit of a drive, but definitely worth it. The crust is thin and crispy, and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. As I write this, I find myself craving some right now. It’s my favorite Roman-style pizza in Montreal!
