Tai Wah Restaurant

I’ve been eating at tai wah my whole life. I grew up in Mentone and I’ve lived in three different countries. Tai Wah is the best Chinese food. Tai Wah has survived the gentrification of Mentone. The food and the restaurant itself are exactly the same as I’ve always remembered. The dim sims are the best in Australia. I came back to visit my family after 10 years away and I was so thankful that it’s the same tai wah. When we were kids me and my mates used to order as many dim sims as we could eat, and our parents did the same decades ago. 10 out of 10. I love you. Don’t ever change

Although dated we have been visiting this restaurant since I was child and yet to disappoint! The staff are friendly and accommodating. We even use the delivery service too time to time. We love the fried rice, satay dishes, soups and dim sims! They are simply delicious! Please never close/change management!!

Due to illness we have not been to this restaurant for about 5 months. Had takeaway tonight and very disappointed. Cantonese Beef was tasteless as was friend rice. Quantity more than quality with dim sims.

Well phone order and they said 40 min I got here at 40 min now waiting another 30 min and still no order. There is 6 others here exactly the same. No answers no discussion just wait is all we are told

I have been coming to this restaurant for decades since I was a little child with my parents and I still come here even know I don’t live in the suburb no more. The food is great.
