Tailgators Pub Grill

I have only been to one other Tailgaters location besides this one, and I was very disappointed with my experience here. When my appetizer arrived, I asked the waitress, who was not dressed in uniform, for some ranch dressing. She sighed, rolled her eyes, and walked away with an attitude. When I informed my waiter about what happened, she didn't seem to care and said she would notify management to come speak to me. However, the manager on duty avoided our table for the entire meal, as did our waiter. We waited for 2 hours and our waiter only came to the table twice. Our server Alysa was excellent, very friendly and frequently checked on us. We chose to sit outside on the patio, but unfortunately a customer decided to smoke despite the no smoking signs. The manager asked the customer to stop, but they continued. With our three kids in tow, we asked our server Madison if we could move inside. She rudely agreed and waved us away. It seemed like she was friends with the table of the smoking customer. However, the manager/owner was very apologetic about the situation, so we will give the restaurant another chance.

Yes! the first time when we try and we will return. eating was amazing, and the service was great. I'm upset that I left this place every day and never stopped. I recommend trying everyone. it was a blessing our taste buds and not to mention the drinks. Oh, my, I had the crazy hurricane and it was amazing. many thanks for their wonderful service.

First time coming here and i enjoyed everything about it excellent service and amazing food, great music the Manager of the restaurant joey was a wonderful host. We were welcomed warmly and he really did go out of his way to accommodate our requests and stay comfortable to indulge our lunch. Definitely will be coming back! Reserva una mesa ahora

The food at this restaurant was excellent, but unfortunately, the service was lacking. I rarely saw the server to place my order or get a refill. I was lucky to receive silverware from another waitress when my food was brought out, as the original server did not come over until 5 minutes later to ask if I needed any.

knochen in wings were excellent. had sharp garlic parmesan double fried. bartender kyla was friendly and attentive. looks like a local with a good atmosphere. this was my first time so it is worth seeing new, and I will update my contribution, but as recommended now.

great restaurant! eating is delicious, atmosphere makes fun, server are friendly! try the cancer that is eaten in sharp garlic sauce, it is incredible!

Friendly bar staff, usually drop in once a week and they remember our beverage preferences. Food looks smells great though I have only had the wings. Reserva una mesa ahora

Crawfish are always big and great favor. Boudin balls are the best from there. Customer service is awesome everything we come there.

Eat was good and they were very friendly. that was my first time and I had an explosion with people I'm working with.
