Love love love Taisho whenever I'm in the valley. All their soy sauce is gluten free! Did have one incident where cooks forgot all the toppings on the elote but once I asked the waiter if this was as it was meant to be they swiftly sent out a new one. The salmon truffle roll is my go to and is to die for, however the taste of truffle isn't extremely evident compared to other truffle dishes I've had. It's unclear where the truffle comes to play- it's an extremely subtle taste in my opinion which seems more like an afterthought I wouldn't expect this from something with truffle in the name . Ambiance is clean and modern, and there are extremely fun drinks!
My guy and I came here on a whim and I’m so glad we did! This place is at least 5 stars however with as wonderful as our server was I’d rate them a 10! Food… phenomenal, atmosphere… superb, service… THE BEST! Our server Micah went above and beyond and has the best personality and vibes and most definitely made our night!!! We will definitely be back! Ps. Get the butter cake… just trust me! .
