Taj Mahal Indian Tandoori Puerto Rico Gran Canaria

During our recent visit to Gran Canaria, we had the unfortunate experience of dining at Taj Mahal, a restaurant that appeared promising based on its glowing Google reviews. However, the vast disconnect between the praise online and our own experience has us questioning the authenticity of those reviews. Our order consisted of the Tandoori Chicken and Lamb Kebab, both staples of Indian cuisine. Given the restaurant's high ratings, we expected these dishes to be cooked to perfection, providing a tasteful burst of aromatic Indian spices. However, the reality was disappointingly different. Taj Palace mogan mall advertising that they reopen on the 4th of June then when you go on the 4th of June they say no where not open we are open as normal tomorrow so you then go the next day to be told no not open till after 8pm when the opening times on the window say 1pm open til 12. So they have no communication with customers whatsoever so hence the 1 star review. BAD SPOT !!!

I have to say in the 2 weeks of our holiday we visited here on a number of occasions and received the BEST INDIAN food anyone could ask for!! Alongside exceptional customer service! If in Puerto Rico this is the place to be!! The owner Sam has trained his staff so well we plan to revisit when we return again!!! Thankyou Taj Mahal for the most amazing Indian Cusine.

Some of the best indian food I had in a long time. Staff is very friendly. We were here two times during our vacation and both experiences were very pleasant. Don't over order. A starter and a main dish per person is all you need, it would be a waste to return such delicious food because your eyes were bigger than your stomach. Reserva una mesa ahora

¡Hermosa comida! El cordero se deshacía en la boca, y el pan naan era muy ligero. El personal fue muy amable y atento, y no fue caro. Definitivamente volvería.
