Tajima Ramen House

The Tajima Ramen and Veggie Ramen were wonderfully tasty and worthy of praises. The broths were different for each of the Ramen dishes, both were excellent in their distinctive ways; both were delicious from the first to last spoonfuls. For example in the Takjima Ramen, the pork was meaty and not 50% fat as served elsewhere; the corn was sweet with flavor and crunchy. (The Shrimp Tempura was not crunchy, but soggy-like but tasty. On the other hand the service was SLOW (we waited 30 min for the Ramen {soup} ; and the servers were so distracted. Therefore despite the wonderful Ramen dishes, I rate Tajima a 4. If you are with someone with whom you enjoy talking, the excellent Ramen will be worth the delays.

Great spot to get a super solid bowl of ramen pictured is my bowl of the spicy sesame. Also the garlic edamame was great and had some solid local beers as well. It’s a normal Ramen place. There is absolutely no parking ever. There are no substitutions which makes it a pretty rigid eating experience. The waitstaff is extremely friendly.
