My husband and I are always in search of great Thai food in Phoenix and over the years we’ve found a few places that delivered on quality but Takeda Thai really delivered! The food was both delicious and excellent! The sauce for the potstickers was probably some of the most flavorful sauce I’d ever had for such perfectly cooked dumplings. I had the Garlic Lovers entrée and my husband had the Thai Basil entrée. The flavors the cook managed to fuse together made every bite an absolute delight. The food at the restaurant was delicious overall, with the exception of the Wonton soup. The service initially lacked attentiveness but improved once we placed our order. We were disappointed that they did not have fresh Thai chiles, as they used dried chiles to spice their dishes. Despite these setbacks, our overall experience was good.

There was little to no wait staff present during our visit. After waiting 25 minutes, we had to go to the bar ourselves to order drinks and submit our food order. While we have enjoyed good meals here before, our experience tonight was only mediocre. We may have to carefully consider whether we will return in the future.

We arrived at our reserved time of 9:30, but were informed that the restaurant was closing at 9. Despite being seated, we felt rushed through our dinner as the server seemed eager to leave. We don't plan on returning.

this has by far the best Thai food in arizona, perhaps even beyond. consistent fresh and tasty. great service and welcoming atmosphere. we love it here.

this place is hidden in the big scottsdale and shea parking lot of shops. they are very nice and fast when it comes to getting out. they were.
