Takumi Hibachi And Sushi Lounge

Takumi Sushi Hibachi Lounge has terrible management, not just on busy days but even during normal hours. The supposed manager or supervisor is unprofessional and lacks basic respect when dealing with customers. If you’re picking up an order through Uber Eats or DoorDash, be prepared for unnecessary delays they will make you wait at least 20 minutes, even when the restaurant isn’t busy. Their disregard for customer time and service quality is unacceptable.

Wonderful sushi! We got the California Tempura Roll and the Playboy Roll! Both were extremely fresh and super yummy! Definitely love the hospitality of the place as well! We placed a to go order over the phone and the staff was very friendly both on the phone and in person! We appreciated how quickly they prepared our food while also ensuring accuracy! My lychee martini was perfect. Juicy, strong and sweet. We loved the white tuna and white truffle dish, the tuna tacos and the eggplant fries. All three dishes are a must try. The service was also better than a lot of similar places I’ve visited on Long Island. P.s. We did not enjoy: the miso fish entree and the untouchable roll. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Jackie Chan is the absolute best I ask for him every time I will not come here unless he’s here .
