Tamar Cove Restaurant

Great motel with cheap rates and generous rooms, the caretaker lives on site and is kind and helpful. The restaurant section has been closed down awaiting a new chef but this may take some time, the rooms have a kitchenette shower sink toilet amenities double bed tv cupboards etc with other bigger rooms. there is a pool that needs cleaning. The view of the river is amazing and is only 10kms from beaconsfeild with pizza delivery from a local pizzeria and a bus that stop and drops of right out front.

From the time we opened the door we were made feel right at home... The staff were very obliging, courteous, friendly had a Happy smiling face... The food was outstanding, fresh, yummy plenty of it... With Covid restrictions still in place the hygiene practices were impeccable...Will definitely be back

Have been going here for the past 5 years with my group of riders, it was our annual destination. Rocked up for our booking and it was closed. Incredibly frustrating for everyone, more so for the people who travelled 3hrs for this event.

I would leave a 0 star review if I could. Our bike group has come here on or around the same time every year for 4 years, this year we had our normal booking and we turn up, and it's closed?

Meal was great, but they really need to use the A/C on warm days gets quite hot inside. Place could do with a bit of an update especially the signage out front.
